I'm Long Phan Le Hoang — a builder who stays close to code. Over 16 years I've shipped cross-platform apps on Flutter, Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Obj-C/Swift), and the backends that power them (Node.js, MongoDB, Firebase, GCP).

As Software Development Lead at NewA (2020–2025) I owned delivery across every project. Before that I consulted at Astraler (2016–2020), led mobile at AdelphaTech Toronto / HCMC (2013–2020), and started at TMA Solutions (2010–2013) training engineers and shipping for BlackBerry, Android & iOS.
